This policy explains what personal information Vectura Digital collects through this website, why we collect it and what you can do about it. We have tried to write it plainly.
01Who we are
Vectura Digital is a search visibility practice based in India. For anything about your personal information, contact us at info@vecturadigital.com.
02What we collect
Enquiry form: your name, work email, company, website, the priority and stage you select, and your message.
Free audit tools: the website address, Google Business Profile link or business name and city you enter, and your email address where the tool asks for one.
Newsletter: your email address and the page you signed up from.
Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
03Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare for a conversation with you.
To run the audit you asked for and show you the results.
To send the newsletter, if you subscribed.
To keep the website secure and working.
04Who processes it for us
We use service providers to run this website: Hostinger for hosting and email, Supabase for our database, and Google services to generate audit analysis and look up public business listing information. They process data on our instructions.
The business details you enter into an audit tool are sent to these providers so the audit can be produced. Please do not enter confidential information into the audit tools.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
05How long we keep it
Enquiries and audit records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our dealings with you, and are deleted on request.
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
06Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email info@vecturadigital.com and we will act on it.
If you believe we have handled your information wrongly, you may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
07Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
